Jr. Chef Summer Camp Programs by My Cool Kid Cooks offers a fun summer culinary activity classes for kids and teens who love to cook. Each unique series of 5 classes are offered 2 times during the summer break.

During the week along with creating wonderful things in the kitchen, we will be making cookbooks; playing cooking games; walking to a local store for a field trip and guided tour; practicing and learning table manners and learning how to set a table.

Sessions are limited to six Jr. Chef reservations for each session. Cost is $350 + tax per Jr. Chef. This session features Italian favorites.

Day 1
Fresh Fruit Parfaits,
Homemade Egg Pasta, Fresh Marinara Sauce Cheese Ravioli, Lemon Custard


Day 2Egg and Cheese Frittata,
Simple Salad and Italian Vinaigrette,
Fresh Pizza Dough, Fresh Pizza Sauce,
Custom Pizzas, Dessert Fruit Pizza

Day 3

Italian Almond Breakfast Muffins,
Lemon Chicken Piccata, Italian Carrots,
Lemon Ice

Day 4

Strawberry Pancakes,
Creamy White Cheese Sauce, Potato Gnocchi, Neapolitan Cookies

Day 5

Yogurt and Granola Parfait,

Chef’s House Salad

with Pear Vinaigrette Dressing,

Cake Decorating Class

My Cool Kid Cooks is located in North San Diego County, minutes from Carlsbad, Fallbrook, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Vista, Oceanside, Del Mar,Escondido, Encinitas, , Rancho Santa Fe, Fair Banks Ranch, Solana Beach and Leucadia.
